Kenneth Winfred Burks was born in Dallas, Texas to Coney Burks and Yvonne Sneed. He attended South Oak Cliff high School in Dallas Texas.
He worked at YRC Freight since 1987.

Kenneth leaves to cherish his memories Son Aaron Burks (Abby), Son Kenneth Burks Jr., Daughter Charity Bursey, Son Omari Burks, Mother Yvonne Pierce, Sister Joyce L. Burks, Brother Wendell B. Burks, Sister Sheniqua P. Burks, Grandson Asher Burks and Nephews.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 South R.L., Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. A celebration of life will occur Monday, December 20, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
