Kathleen J. Clark passed away on July 28, 2014. She was born August 22, 1922, in San Saba, Texas, the daughter of William F. Jackson and Margaret Leverett Jackson. Kathleen married Marion “Frank” Clark on November 27, 1942, at the Lubbock Army Flying School. She was a career Air Force wife raising four children while traveling extensively throughout the 1940s and 1950s of which two assignments were spent in Japan and Germany. Upon retirement from the military, the Clark family settled in Dallas where Kathleen was a homemaker. Her grandchildren brought a special joy to her life, and she enjoyed the time spent with them. In addition, Kathleen especially enjoyed music and gardening.
Kathleen is survived by her sons John “Joe” Clark and wife Saundra of Conyers, Georgia, William “Bill” Clark of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Paul “Mike” Clark and wife Joyce of McKinney, Texas; daughter-in-law Mary A. Patin and husband Bob of Nashville, Tennessee; seven grandchildren and seven great-granchildren. Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, of 66 years; their daughter, Pamela Smith; and one grandchild.

There will be a memorial service for Kathleen at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel on Monday August 4, 2014 at 12:00pm. Inurnment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
