Judith Lee Howell was born on August 3rd, 1942 in Alva, Oklahoma to her mother Hallie Morgan Howell and Roland Lee Howell JR. She passed away peacefully Saturday, May 14th, 2016. She is survived by her two children Michael A. Palmer and Edward A. Palmer III along with her sister Mary Howell.
The church services for Judith Lee Palmer will start Friday, May 20th at 10:30 am CST at St. Edwards Catholic Church and should last approximately 1 hour. After the church services, the limo and procession will drive to the Grove Hill Funeral Home for the grave side ceremony which will start at approximately 12 Noon CST.
