Joyce Aleen (Pat) Jones

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Died peacefully Monday, June 1, 2015. Born to Clayton and Jewel Weaver on May 30, 1922 in Tyler, TX. Preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband of 73 years, Orvil L. Jones Sr., brothers Darrell Weaver, Vannoy Weaver, Allen Weaver, Bobby Bradley and sister Marie Carter. She is survived by son Orvil L. Jones Jr. and wife Elaine, brother Sammy Wayne Weaver of Irving, Tx, grandchildren; Dina Steele of Dallas, Damon Jones of Santa Monica, CA., and Dylan Jones and wife Carol of Austin, TX. Great grandchildren Rodman Steele, Faye Steele, Tai Matthew Jones, Russell Ray Jones and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service June 6, 2015 at 11:00am at Grove Hill Memorial Park. A special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Brookdale at Preston facility and Faith Presbyterian Hospice for their loving care.
