He is preceded in death by his wife of many years Martha Yanez, his dad Jose M Yanez and his sister Lizette Yanez.
He is survived by his son Jose Yanez (aka Joey), his mother Irma Flores Yanez, his sister Marisela Garcia, his brother Xavier Amado Yanez and sister in law Alina Yanez, also by his nephews Christopher Pereyda, Anthony Pereyda, Romeo Yanez and his 2 nieces Victoria Pereyda and Alyssa Yanez and 1 great niece Avery Pereyda, great nephew Zayn Pereyda and Angel Yanez.
June was born in Washington state on December 15, 1962, raised in Woodburn Oregon and graduated from Woodburn High school in 1982, before moving to Texas in 1984.
June had a love of music and played the drums since he was 8 years old, played the drums with many Tejano bands in the DFW area, but started with his dad’s band in Oregon.
June will be missed by many aunts and uncles and cousins and many friends who remember his joking around and for the love of music, we will cherish his memory and treasure the time that was spent with him.
