Joe Tobar born in Bishop, TX Dec. 7, 1943 passed away peacefully with family by his side on September 14, 2022.
Joe and his wife Cathy moved to Dallas in 1972 with their two kids Joe and Delma.Joe started his own Cabinet business and later his son Joe Jr. joined and has continued his Dads Craft passion. Joe is survived by his wife of 58 years Cathy Tobar; Son; Joe Tobar Jr. Daughter; Delma Tobar Hatley with son-in-law Bobby Hatley; Grandchildren: Toby Joe Tobar, Jesse Tobar (Dyann), Chris Puente Stephanie Delgado (Daniel), Jessica Hatley;(5) Great-grandchildren. Joe was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waxahachie, TX Member of The Knights of Columbus, and The Elks Lodge in De Soto, TX
A visitation for Jose will be held Friday, September 30, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 South R.L., Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232, followed by a rosary service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
