Jose Luis Rojas, age 58, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022. He was born April 26, 1964 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamps MX to Jose Manuel Rojas and Maria Isabel Alvarez. Jose spent his early life in Nuevo Laredo and he later met Adriana Luna and married in 1988 and the couple had three children. He was a painter at Phillip Mays Corp where he worked for more than 20 years. In his spare time Jose enjoyed going to Rock concerts, gardening, coin collecting, watching sports, playing with his dogs and spending time with his family.
His family and friends will always remember him as a happy hard working man. He was a good husband
to his wife Adriana and a great father. He is preceded in death by his daughters Jennifer and Margarita Rojas; sister Maria Elena Tijerina; brothers Juan Manuel and Ruben Rojas; parents Maria Isabel Alvarez and Jose Manuel Rojas. He is survived by his loving wife Adriana Rojas; son Luis Alberto Rojas; brothers Jose Francisco Rojas, Arturo Rojas, Miguel Alvarez, and Alberto Rafael Alvarez; sister Beatrice Sanchez. Jose is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
A visitation for Jose will be held Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. A rosary will occur Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. A mass of christian burial will occur Friday, May 6, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 5605 Bernal Dr, Dallas, TX 75212. An interment will occur Friday, May 6, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220.
