In his spare time Joe enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, completing his puzzles, playing pool, collecting recycled cans and watching old western movies. His family and friends will always remember him as a loving, generous, kind person and always being ready to help with no questions asked.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Elvira Sillas; brother, Chevo Guerrero; grandson, AJ; son, Jose Jesus, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of twenty-five years, Josephine; daughters, sons and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Joe will be held Friday, November 11, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. A Rosary will occur Friday, November 11, 2022 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. An Interment will occur Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220. A funeral service will occur Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247.
