This year has been the most emotional year now a friend in Christ for me. I never said anything to Jordan, but we also went to the same school. It’s always been laid-back funny  we have had same towards each and that was standing on purpose & was cool funny & He’s a great friend. I’m not sure what was the circumstance of the cause but my deep Condolences to the family. He was a good kid & was a good stand up man I hate the fact that I’m finding out through here but I also would like to reach out to the family.  Yall Get a chance to read this. The service was so beautiful, thank you family for allowing those of us who could not be there have the opportunity to still be present.

I am forever grateful for being able to have meet you and being able to get to know you as a person. From all the late-night trades to the early morning phone calls. You were truly genuine in all that you did and all that you showed us. I'll cherish everything man. Thank you for being a light to our generation and for allowing me to be a student in your business. For teaching me to remain a student, you taught me a lot.

Regretfully, I have not had many interactions with Jordan in his adult life. When he and his family relocated from Chicago to Texas, we did not keep in good contact as I now wish we had. My memories of Jordan are most associated with taking him to basketball practices and games when he was in elementary school. I remember laughing at the silly things he would say. Jordan was an INDIVIDUAL! He did not fit into a mold of what a "typical" teenager was. When I saw him recently as an adult, the vibe was the same. Jordan was kind and One of A Kind! That's how I'll remember him.

I hate that we went so long without speaking. We were once very close and I wish we could ever get that back. Forever in my heart 😭🙏🏽 I love you and Darion always. I pray for peace for your loved ones.

Honestly this still feels unreal. Never in my wildest dreams, did I ever think I’d truly ever have to say goodbye to you. If I had known, there were so many things I would’ve said to you. But mainly I’m so grateful to have known you and to grow up with you. You never failed to brighten up a room or make my day better. I was blessed to have Jordan come into my life at the sweet age of one.  Jordan was full of life at a young age, so  fearless and adventurous, yet loving and compassionate. Jordan took his role as big brother seriously and always looked after his brother Jalen. Despite the physical distance between them they shared a special bond that couldn’t be broken. I will cherish the sweet memories of such a special young man, and thank God for allowing me to have him as a bonus son. To Terri, Jason, Carrie, and Jordan’s siblings, I am praying for your peace and strength as you go through this difficult time. May you find comfort in the memories of your time spent with Jordan. Jordan was my first grandchild.He left foot prints on my heart by naming me Noni. He gave so much love and joy to our family. God  gave him to us for an appointed time. I feel so blessed to have had the time we shared together.He was such joy to have in our lives.
