Johnnie Marlene Millican

She was born July 7, 1933 in Dallas, Texas to Gratz and Johnnie Porter. She married Robert James Millican on May 8, 1954. She grew up in Cockrell Hill, then moved to South Oak Cliff. She moved to Midlothian in 1978. She was a Real Estate Broker and Escrow Technician, as well as a Mother, Grandmother and Great grandmother.

Marlene was preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents Gratz and Johnnie Porter, her sister Helen and brother in law Lester, her brother Garland and sister in law Oleta and brother Don.

She is survived by her children Michele White and husband Duane and Mary Millican, her grandchildren Morgan White, Melissa Millican and Emily Tucker and one great granddaughter Elizabeth Millican.

A visitation for Johnnie will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 South R.L., Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232.

A graveside service will occur Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Laurel Land Mem Park - Dallas, 6300 S. R.L. Thornton Frwy., Dallas, TX 75232.
