John Mark Snodgrass

Mark was born in Dallas, Texas to Myron and Hugh Snodgrass. He graduated from Dallas Christian School. He touched the lives of many including both of his parents as their loving care taker. His favorite pastimes included watching and discussing sports with his father and siblings, collecting and watching James Bond movies, fishing, getting together with the entire family and carrying on traditions such as making his father’s delicious pimento cheese during the holidays, and spending time with his pet cats. Mark passed away in his home on March 25, 2016 at 60 years of age. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and siblings (Tommy Snodgrass and Norma Hernandez), all whom he greatly missed. Mark courageously overcame many challenges for much of his life and is now resting in peace with his family members that went before him. He shared his tender heart and caring soul with all who knew him and he will be greatly missed by his surviving family members: Maria L. Hernandez, niece; Rebecca J. Rodriguez, great niece; Gloria Snodgrass, sister-in-law; and Antonio Hernandez, brother-in-law.

Interment will be Friday, April 1, 2016 with a prayer service for friends and family members.
