Jesus Mario Acevedo

Jesus Mario Acevedo, 70 passed away on December 24, 2017 in Dallas, TX. He was born on February 10, 1947 in Sabinas Hidalgo N. L. Mexico to Enrique Acevedo and Guadalupe Robles. Mario was raised in Sabinas Hidalgo Nuevo Leon Mexico. He married Gloria Gonzalez in 1970 and the couple had two Children.

He was a hard working construction worker at Eaton’s Construction and Austin Commercial where he worked for more than 45 years. In his spare time Mario enjoyed spending time with his family, visiting his daughter daily, making trips with family to Sabinas and watching his Spanish novelas and the the Dallas Cowboy games. His family and friends will always remember him as a most loving, caring and devoted Father Grandfather, Husband and Father in Law.

He was preceded in death by: His loving mother Guadalupe Robles and his father Enrique Acevedo.He is survived by: wife, Gloria Acevedo Gonzalez, son, Jesus Mario Acevedo Jr. and his wife Maria Cecilia Acevedo daughter, Gloria Elizabeth Serrano “Bettita” and husband Marco Antonio Serrano, granddaughters, Krystal Marie Torres and Brianna Anali Acevedo, grandsons, Jesus Mario Acevedo III,Emilio Antonio Serrano, Ezekiel Raphael Acevedo and Nicholas Alexander Serrano. Great-grandson Elijah Raphael Acevedo, Brother, Enrique Acevedo and Sister, Marta de Llano Acevedo.
