Jerry E. Powell was 69 years old and passed away September 4, 2015 in Borger Texas. He was born July 1, 1946 in Dallas Texas. He was the son of Ernest S Powell Sr. and Nora Irene Powell (Boydston) Powell. He was one of God's special Children of this world. He never met anyone that didn't become his friend, and never passed up a chance to hug them especially the ladies. He was survived by his three sisters Sherry Hutchinson of Skellytown Texas, Ida Cole of Arlington, Texas, and Francis Duckworth of Forney Texas, and Two brothers William (Bill) Powell of Irving Texas and Richard Powell of Mineola Texas.
