He was a voracious reader. He always had dozens and dozens of books on shelves in his home.
Born and raised a Catholic, he remained so very true to his faith. For 41years, he was a faithful member of Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmer’s Branch, Texas.
Upon graduation from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BA in Business Administration, he entered the field of retail sales supporting the home construction/remodeling industry. He continued proudly and successfully in that field his entire 41 year working career.
Jerry was extremely loyal to his family. He proudly served as Godfather to a niece, Victoria.

The family wishes to offer special thanks to the medical and support staff of Baylor Scott-White Hospital, Carrollton, Texas for going the extra mile in caring for our brother Jerry in his last days of life.
Jerry will be so missed by his family. Someone once wrote: “our loved ones do not make our lives – but loving them does. Death cannot take that away”.
