Janice A Richardson

Janice Aline Richardson, age 82, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020 in Mesquite, Texas. Janice was born on July 24, 1937 in Ben Franklin, Tx to James E. and Gladys M. Lemonds. Janice was raised in Southeast Dallas and graduated Rylie High School in 1956.

She married Franklin O. Richardson in 1956. The couple has 1 child, Frank G. Richardson. Janice worked in the medical records department of Dallas Medical Clinic for about 14 years prior to their son's birth in 1973. She is preceded in death by her husband Franklin Richardson. Brothers Larry Lemonds of Canton, Tx, and James Lemonds of Ben Wheeler, Tx. and parents James and Gladys Lemonds of Canton, Tx.

She was survived by brother Wendell Lemonds of Wylie, Tx and sister Wanda Bass of Athens, Tx. Son's family Frank and Jennifer Richardson and two grandchildren, Brina and Charles Richardson of Rockwall, Tx and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation for Janice will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, July 8, 2020 with a graveside service to follow at 3pm at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75228.

The funeral service will be live streamed for those who are not able to attend.
