Janet N. Chialastri passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 in Plano, TX. She was born on May 21, 1958 in Washington, D.C. to Edward and Maida Nussbaum. Janet was raised in Rockville, MD. She married Thomas Chialastri in 1983 and they later moved to TX in 1990. Together Janet and Tom raised two children. Janet was a Team Leader for MCI Telecom, where she worked for more than 18 years.
In her spare time, Janet enjoyed singing and performing at local venues. She was a talented performer and is well known in her area. Janet will be remembered as a warm, caring, loving, and funny person. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward, and Maida Nussbaum.
Janet is survived by her sons, Brian, and David Chialastri; her husband of 40 years, Thomas Chialastri; and her sister Eileen Finnegan; as well as many loving friends, and extended family.
