James Henry Jennings Sr. was born March 6, 1933 in Dallas, TX. He left this earthly home on May 28, 2019. James attended school in the Dallas area. He was a Shriner and a Mason. James was a truck driver and owned his own freight company. He was a Faithful member of Faith Bible Church. James was a philanthropist; working and helping in the Genesis Center. He helped build and remold many churches and loved to help at any church attended. James loved to work in the yard, go fishing, and go to cow auctions with his grandchildren. He absolutely enjoyed going to flea markets with his best friend/ brother Earl. James is preceded in death by his father and mother, Earl Leroy Sr. and Lena Irene Jennings; His loving wife, Wanda June Jennings; son, Bryan Clark Jennings; grandson, Robert Elliott. He is survived by his brother, Earl Leroy Jennings Jr.; son, James Henry Jennings Jr; daughter, Mary Jennings-Morgan; grandchildren, James H. Jennings III, Joshua M. Jennings, Bradley Jennings, Crysten Jennings-Nowakowski, Christopher Elliot, and Karen Cosby; great-grandchildren, James Jennings IV, Pixie Jennings, Fiona Jennings, Alyssa Jennings, Carlee Tapp, Memphis Jennings, Riley Jennings, Leah Jennings, Charlytte Nowakowski, Clayton Nowakowski, A.J. Elliott, Wayne Wood, Bryan White, Brandon White, Mark Cosby, Mellisa Cosby, Robert Cosby, Kenneth Cosby, Jacob Barnett, Jayden Jackson, Jenniah Jackson.
Pa-Pa will be missed dearly and remembered fondly.
