Mr. James M. Aitken, 88, of Dallas, Texas passed away on September 26, 2014. James was an avid golfer, and when he wasn't spending time on the golf range, he was spending time on his family genealogy charting or taking great photographs. James was a dedicated employee of Texas Instruments for 52 years. Beloved husband, brother and friend, James will be dearly missed by those who loved him.
James is preceded in death by his parents, James and Margaret Aitken and by his brothers, Thomas, William, and Ronald Aitken. He is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Aitken; niece, Cynthia Mock, nephew, Thomas Aitken; brother-in-law, Manolo Castilla and wife Dulce; nephew, Manuel Castilla and wife, Becky; niece, Ana Lourdes Castilla, grand-nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends during a Visitation on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in the Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Michael Forge at 12:00 p.m. in the Calvary Hill Mausoleum North Chapel. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Funeral Home.
