Jacqueline (Lorie) Woodberry was born January 19, 1972 in London England to J.C. and Beverly Mills Woodberry. Jacqueline departed this life on July 15, 2020 from, Heritage Gardens Rehabilitation and Healthcare located in Carrollton, TX.
Lorie, (affectionately called by family), loved acting, and singing. She studied theater at the University of Texas at Arlington Texas. She worked in theatre and was an Actor/Writer in such productions as Choices (2012), Among Good Christian Peoples (1991), Miracle's Boys (2005) and Show Way (2012).
She was a member of the “Potters House” (Bishop T. D. Jakes) of Dallas TX, where she was active until her illness prevented her from attending.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Jeff Woodberry, Laurene Mays, and step-grandfather Shadrick Mays Sr. Maternal grandparents: Hezekiah Mills, and Imogene Weir. Two uncles’, Freddie Woodberry, and Shadrick Mays Jr. and two aunts Neldia Marie Williams and Rosemarie Mays.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother Beverly Mills Woodberry of, Carrolton TX, Father J. C. (Barbara) Woodberry of San Antonio TX Three brothers: Terry (Marcela) Woodberry of Dallas TX, Nigel Woodberry of Lees Summit Missouri, and David Errol Woodberry Mills, of London England. One sister: Nicole Gray of Newark Ohio, three stepsisters: Jennifer Green of Jacksonville Florida, Cassie (Art) Saucedo of Elkton Maryland, and Karly Lopez of San Antonio TX. Five nephews: London (Blakelee), Micah, and Palmer Woodberry, Isaac (Kylie) Green and Isaiah Green. Seven nieces: Autumn Gray, Jaxen, Sophia, and Willow Woodberry, Lililanna Green, Alexis, and Lylah Saucedo. One great uncle, Nathaniel Blake of Crossett AR. Two uncle’s Jeffery Woodberry Sr. of Crossett AR, and Robert Mills, United States Military. One great aunt Pearl Hubbard of Killeen Texas. Thirteen aunts, Betty (Lawrence) Smith, Doris Russell of Dallas TX, Ardellia Mays of Crossett AR, Evelyn (Michael) Johnson of Grand Prairie TX, Elaine Mays of Kapolei Hawaii, JoAnn, Dawn, Janice, and Carol Mills, Flo (Al) Reyes of Evans Colorado, Mary (Tony) Flores, and Patricia Garza of San Antonio TX, and Margie (Howard) Gautreaux of Lafayette LA, plus many cousins and friends…
….Just when the caterpillar thought life was over, she began to fly….
