Ivan Jose Hernandez, 1 month, passed away on Monday May 29, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on April 3rd 2018 in Dallas, Texas to Francisco and Monica Hernandez. Ivan was raised in Dallas, Texas and was a happy strong baby.
He is survived by: his parents Francisco and Monica Hernandez, brother, Ethan Hernandez, Grandmothers, Nena and Anna, Grandfather, Jose, Grandparents, Rosario and Marciano, God-Parents, Albert and Chloe Quesada and loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Visitation will be Friday June 1, 2018 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in DFW National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211.
