She married Maximo Puentes in the 60's and the couple had 8 children and 3 step son's. She was a devoted housewife.

In her spare time, Isabel enjoyed being with her grandkids and making jokes. She also liked going to thrift stores.

Her family and friends will always remember her as a cheerful, loving and caring person.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, Maximo Puentes; parents, Tomas Rodriguez and Margarita Rodriguez; sister, Merry Rodriguez; brothers, Ernest Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez and Jerry Rodriguez.

Survived by: siblings, Betty Rodriguez and Henry Rodriguez; children, Isabel Puentes, Gloria Lopez, Rebecca Puentes, Maria Luz Puentes, Regina Zapata, Thomas Puentes, Maxcimo Puentes and Francisco Puentes; granddaughters, Diana Mancia and Victoria Lopez; Step sons, Aparicio Puentes y Domingo Puentes; Grandchildren, Herlinda Puentes, Simon Puentes, Emelio Puentes, Joanna Puentes, Mateo Lopez, Guadalupe Lopez, Joaqueen Lopez, Jennifer Perez, Jesicca Perez, Biatris Fernandez, Jose C. She had a great and wonderful life with her family.
