Hunter is survived by his mother, Meg French & husband Bruce; his father, Paul Stokes & wife Melanie; Sisters, Kaylie Powell & husband Tyler, as well as Madeline Stokes & fiancé, Leo Arce; along with countless other family members including grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Hunter had a kind and gentle soul who would do anything for his family. His passing is a devastating and an unimaginable loss for all of us.
Hunter enjoyed playing guitar, paintballing and video games. Hunter always loved a new adventure, including water skiing, bungee jumping, parasailing, gold mining and recently renting a Tesla just for fun. One of his greatest loves were animals. He adored his cat Scoop, as well as all of the dogs in his life. He was the best dog sitter to Madeline’s dog, Shiloh. He had the biggest sweet tooth around. He polished off every ice cream drumstick in the house as well as all of the cookies and cupcakes. Hunter was loyal to his family and recently was honored to serve as an usher at Kaylie’s wedding.
The people in Hunters life miss him terribly. We will carry his life and love with us wherever we go. Hunter blessed the world with his presence and his life was the greatest gift his family was given.
His Celebration of Peace will be held on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023 at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home in Dallas, TX at 4:00pm.
