Deacon Herbert "Skipp" Rhinehart was born November 8, 1982, to Mrs. Constance Franklin-Williams and raised by two great men Bishop Charles E. Franklin and Mr. Everett D. Williams. Herbert accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of Bishop Charles E. Franklin. Herbert attended Robert Lee Thornton Elementary and also Lancaster Jr. High. His high school years were spent at Red Oak High and David W. Carter, where he was a great football player. After high school Herbert attended Texas A&M Commerce for 2 years until his health started to fail him.
Herbert fought a battle of chronic high blood pressure and renal kidney disease, which caused him to go on dialysis at an early age. He fought hard until God called him home. April 20, 2017. Later on in Herbert's adult life he became an ordained Deacon at Perfected Praise Worship Center, where he currently worshipped. He was also the manager of Greater Vision Youth Choir under the leadership of Minister Albert Frazier.
Herbert "Coach Skipp" was a wonderful coach with the Texas Elite Heat basketball organization, where he coached alongside his best frined Cyrus Kemp and a host of other wonderful coaches. He was also a very active parent with the Oakcliff Redskins. Along with all of this Herbert was a passionate writer and he recorded music.
The countless memories of laughter and love that Herbert "Skipp" Rhinehart shared with his family and friends, will be forever embedded in the hearts of those who were touched by him.
