Henry Carl Struck, Jr., age 87 passed away on May 17, 2019 at his home in Dallas, Texas. Carl was raised in the Oak Cliff area and married Juanita B. LaBelle in 1975 and raised her five children as his own. He was born on May 20, 1931 in Dallas, Texas to Henry Carl Struck, Sr. and Helen Hazel Heist Struck. He is preceded in death by his parents Henry Carl Struck, Sr. and Helen Hazel Heist Struck, his sisters Helen Marie Murdock, Louise “Honey” Speyer, and Anna Corine Kent, sons Richard Patrick LaBelle and Christopher David LaBelle, Sr., grandson Christopher David LaBelle, Jr., nieces Janice Marie Edington, Heather Leigh Kent and nephew Craig Julian Kent.
He served our country as a combat medic in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, traveling, hiking, hunting and listening to country music with his many friends and family.
A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday May 19, 2019 at his home from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
