Helen Beal

Helen Ho Beal, age 87, of Plano, Texas passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022, with her family by her side at Medical City Plano. She is survived by her niece, Grace, and her grandniece and grandnephew, Suhair and Asi.

Helen was born on March 6, 1935, and raised in Ozamiz, Philippines, along with siblings, Rudy, Felix, and Lourdes. She attended Immaculate Conception College and later moved to the United States in 1984. Later in life, she married Leroy Beal and enjoyed many years together before his passing.

Throughout her life, Helen was a devout member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and supported many charitable organizations. Helen dedicated much of her time operating Beal and Ho Transportation, a family owned business, she started with her late husband. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and traveling with her family. Helen was a caring woman who was loved by all and will be missed by many. May she rest in peace.

A visitation for Helen will be held Friday, November 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 South R.L., Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. A funeral service will occur Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 6300 South R.L., Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. A committal service will occur Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at Laurel Land Mem Park - Dallas, 6300 S. R.L. Thornton Frwy., Dallas, TX 75232. A reception will occur Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 6300 South R.L., Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232.
