Gloria and I were majorettes in high school and I saw her once when she was finishing flight attendant school. I knew she'd found her calling.   I'll always remember her as a very genuine lady, as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside.

Dear Gloria, you are always a pleasure to work and fly with.  I love your sense of humor and your zest for life.  May you shine forever in the memories of those who had the wonderful fortune of knowing you!

Gloria and I go way back to her high school years. We had fun as majorettes from ole RHHS.  Sorry for her loss and condolences to her family and friends.

Eccl. 9:11 says that "time and unforeseen occurrence befall us all" but I am still in shock over Glorias death. To a lot of us it was so unexpected. As Chalo said we will miss her "sparkle". She "sparkled" well.

Gloria was one of the most divine and lovely people I first met when I started my flying career in 1979 at TI. I am sorry for her passing but will always remember her gorgeous style and her beautiful personality. She was a bright light!

I was so sorry to hear of Gloria's passing. We were friends while working for Texas International/Continental Airlines many years ago. Although I left my flight attendant career in 1983, I always remembered my special Flight Attendant Friends, & Gloria was one of them. We didn't realize until we'd flown together for a while that my cousin, Cheryl Lewis Packard was one of her best friends when they grew up together in Rio Hondo, Texas, just 5 or so miles from Harlingen. Glorta, I will miss you so.  Always loved working with you in you "zip code" of B zone.  So lovely and unfailingly courteous to coworkers and passengers.  A bright star at Texas International, Continental and United went out when we lost you.
