Eula Mae Deloney was born August 16, 1926 to the parents of Johnny and Beulah Hickerson in Nashville, Arkansas, Howard County. She met and married Mahew McGee in 1942. Eula was blessed with two daughters, Margo Elaine and Eula Evon. After the passing of her first husband, Eula fell in love with Joe Bynum and they married in 1955 until his passing in 1976. She joined New Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in 1955. Eula became an active member in the Women’s Mission, Gospel Choir, Sanctuary Choir, W.J.S. Choir, Church Anniversary Chairperson, Pastor’s Anniversary Chairperson, Building Fund and Chairperson. Eula met and married Otis Deloney in 1976 until his passing in 2005.
On Saturday, May 18, 2024, Mother Eula Mae Bynum Deloney entered into her eternal home of Glory. She was welcomed by her parents; her husband, Mahew McGee, Joe Bynum and Otis Deloney; and one daughter, Margo Elaine Proctor.
Those left to remember Mother Deloney’s Life and her Legacy, one loving daughter, Eula Williams-Brown (Frederick); five grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, great great great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
