Ernest J. McCullough, C.P.A. was born June 21, 1937 and passed away September 11, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd William McCullough and Marie Clark McCullough and brother Floyd S. McCullough. He is survived by his sister Joyce Fay M. Austin; nephews William Scott Austin, Dennis Edward Austin and wife Leah, Mark Douglas Austin and wife Jennifer; great nephews J.D, James, Owen and Beck Austin; great niece Ellie Austin; close friend Ronald L. Hammock; special cousin Bobbie Hanna; and a host of many relatives and friends. Ernest graduated from Sunset High School in 1955, and attended college at SMU, where he received a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s degree in Accounting. He was a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity where he held the office of Treasurer. He retired from the DISD, after 20 years of loyal service. Graveside service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas, TX.
