Emma Frances Robbins Mobley entered the loving arms of Jesus Christ on March 15, 2012. She was born in Parker Township, Arkansas on November 26, 1923 to W.R. and Emma Robbins. A lifetime Baptist, Frances attended many Bible studies and was an active member of First Baptist Garland. Spending years in retail inventory control, she retired from Federated Department Stores in 1987. She was married for 66 years to the love of her life, Glenn E. Mobley, who predeceased her. Frances is survived by her three daughters and their husbands: Laura and Lew Richey, Vickie and Ron Gammon and Glenda and Bob Sample as well as her four grandchildren, Mark Richey, Lori Gammon, Michael Gammon and his wife Nicole, and Travis Sample. Visitation will be Monday, March 19 from 6-8 pm and funeral service will be held at Sparkman Hillcrest Northwest Hwy.Chapel at 2 p.m., Tuesday March 20, 2012 with Reverend Jack Schmid officiating.
