Ella Mae Montgomery was born February 2, 1934 to the late Bib and Alice Durham in Teague, Texas. She professed in Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of Calvary Philadelphia Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas for over 35 years until the Lord called her home. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Calvin Montgomery of 43 years, and her 2 brothers Charles and Willie. She leaves to mourn 2 daughters, Carolyn and Jennifer (Cookie) Hiners, grandchildren Markiesta, Jonathan, A’Quira (Tookie) and X’seence (Sug) Barnes. She is also survived by her siblings Lorine, Bennie, Hazel, Betty, Annie, Fannie, Arene and Ruthie (Bennie) and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
