Edward James Williams was born on April 21, 1950, in Louisville, KY, to Vernon and Anna Williams. He entered into eternal rest on March 24, 2015, in Dallas, TX, at the age of 64.
Edward proudly served his country in the United States Navy for twenty years and was stationed in Italy for a portion of his military career. His interests and hobbies included motorcycle riding, visits to the shooting range and car shows featuring classic cars and hotrods. Edward’s family also describes him as a simple man who often enjoyed the pleasures of relaxing at home.
Celebrating Edward’s life and cherishing his memory are his wife, Christine; son James Williams; daughter, Dena (Williams) Harper; his beloved grandchildren, Erin Williams, Jared Brown and Collin Harper; and brother, Vernon Williams.
Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 10AM with inurnment to follow at the DFW National Cemetery at 12:30PM.
