Edna was born August 11, 1921 to Charles Richard & Mary Tom Steely in Corsicana, Texas. Husband Robert H. Colburn and son Charles Robert Colburn precede Edna in death. She was the last of 6 natural children, 4 brothers, 1 sister and 4 step-siblings which included 3 brothers and 1 sister.
She leaves behind a daughter, Claudia Martin and son-in-law Larry, and son, Christopher and daughter-in-law Anita, and daughter-in-law Susan Colburn.
She will be greatly missed by her 6 grandchildren and their spouses, 16 great-grandchildren and their spouses and 3 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at CC Young 4847 W Lawther Dr., Dallas, TX 75214, Friday, February 9, 2018 at 10:00 am. A graveside service will be at Grove Hill Cemetery 3920 Samuell Blvd. Dallas, Texas 75228 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
