Please forgive me if I have the wrong person but I don't think so. Doug who used to work for Progressive Inc Texas? (The references to programming and pictures of aircraft parts appear to confirm it.) I came across this memorial site after googling his name when a fond memory of Doug arose after playing a modern remake of the game Wolfenstein. Doug sent me the original game on cd along with a work package for part programming and launched me into a life long love of first person shooter games. I ran a part programming company in Wales (UK) and we worked with Doug for a number of months. Never met in person but used to have such a laugh with him over the phone. Such a great guy. He sent me his daughter's Flat Stanley for her school project once and we took him to Castle Coch near Cardiff and made him King of Wales before sending him back to Texas. So sad to see he's no longer with us but fond memories live on. Love and sympathy to all his Family. Andy Price (ex of CamXL Ltd).

Thank you for always being a friend and inspiration. We took so many trips together and had so many deep conversation’s about life. I remember you once told me that our paths were meant to cross. I know you are in a better place but you will be truly missed. You are and will always be my brother from another mother.

Daddy, words cant describe how much I miss you. I miss when you would randomly grab my leg and say "I love you". I cherished every moment we were together. Even though you never got to finish my balcony, I think of you every time i go out there. I just wanted to say that you're the best daddy. You did everything you could for me & ray. And I'm so thankful for that. I would have never thought in a million years that this would happen to you. My heart is literally in pieces and i cant stop thinking about you. I love you more than anything. I'm going to miss every moment that you're gone. I remember you would always call me your favorite daughter! (Sorry Rachel) 
I Remember how exited i was that we had just started getting closer than we have.. 💔 I could tell you were excited as well because you would text/call all the time. The trips to Colorado, and South Padre. When you made those brownies 😂. I am so thankful for going with you. You meant everything to me. Literally. I don't even know how I'm supposed to go on with out you. i love you daddy.

It’s hard to write this without smiling, there never was a dull moment working with Doug. All of us love and miss you; and feel a void that can never be replaced…
Feel you are now somewhere in the mountains of New Mexico/Colorado; save me a spot, until we meet again… 


Doug, I still can’t believe that your gone. 
I will forever be grateful for you and your talent, the way you always made me feel comfortable and teaching me to program parts. One of the greatest blessings I will remember you for is the help you extended when my son was going through his surgery’s and everything.

Doug, I will miss your infectious laugh echoing thru the shop (even when you tried not to laugh).  You were so friendly and happy, I will miss our ridiculously long text conversations.  I will just plain miss you.  RIP my friend.
