She is predeceased in death by her children Simon Tobias (Marie), Diana Gossett (Steve) and grandson Jason Dewitt.
She is survived by her daughter Sylvia Quiroz and spouse Leonel Quiroz, and Sandra Tobias.
Her beautiful grandchildren, Patrick (Vanessa) Quiroz, Christopher (Alicia) Quiroz, Christie (Kervin) Quiros, Nisa Tobias, Chelsea (Jason) Darrah, Jordan (Mary) Tobias. Including 12 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren.
Dora is predeceased by her parents Lucia Briceno and John R. Garcia.
Siblings: Lydia De La Rosa, Ninfa Almeida, Eva Fuentes and John Garcia Jr. Survived by siblings Beatrice Liendo (Johnny), Virginia Fuentes (Seferino), Gloria Molina (Jesse).
Mrs. Tobias will be dearly missed by family and friends that expanded over 94 years.
