Dolores was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Gilbert “Gibby” Charles Ledyard, Jr., parents LaFawn and James Thompson, sisters Eleanor Ann, and Linda O’Dell.
She is survived by her son Kim Cotton, Gibby’s children Deen Ellen of Dallas, Gary (Coco) of Austin, Martin (Julia) of Fairfax, California along with 5 nieces and their families, 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Dolores was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and daughter to her mother, who lived to be over 104.
She requested no funeral. Entombment will be at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home, Hillcrest Memorial Park at the Patio Mausoleum April 5, 2023 at 1:00p.m. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband.
