Dolores attended St. Ann’s in Dallas, Texas and married Jesse Tony Gonzales on September, 16 1960. She retired from K-Mart.
Dolores was very devoted to her faith and her spiritual family included the parishioners of St. Augustine and Divine Mercy of Our Lord. She was very active in the church and was involved in many spiritual activities including the Eucharistic Ministry, teaching Faith Formation classes and ministering to the sick.
She also enjoyed traveling (France, Spain, Colombia, Italy, England and around the U.S., including Hawaii). Of particular significance was Dolores’ trip to Jerusalem, which she found profoundly meaningful on a personal and spiritual level.
Dolores was preceded in death by her mother, Catalina, and brother, Matias. She is survived by her husband, Jesse, her children, Jessica and Jesse, Jr., his wife, Andie, and her grandchildren, Marcus, Gabriella, D’Aryah and Jet, as well as her siblings, Jesse and Margie, and a host of loving family and friends.
