I had the privilege of visiting just one time but found Diane and Abel to be classy people with strong faith and deep love. God Be With You!!

Uncle Abel, we’re sorry to hear about Aunt Diane. I will always remember her and how close we all were when I was a kid, especially staying with you guys and Little Abel, Israel, and Monica when y’all lived on Glenhaven. I remember her not pushing me too much when I didn’t want to play soccer, I think she knew I really wasn’t into it. I missed you guys a lot when y’all moved to DC and was glad when y’all moved back to TX. I know I have only seen you all only a handful of times in the last 20-plus years since I’ve been gone, but Andria and I send our thoughts, love, and prayers to you, Abel, Israel, and Monica. Aunt Diane can never be replaced - but let’s celebrate her love, legacy, and footprint she’s had on the family.

My condolences to Able Salazar and family.  I didn’t know my Aunt Diana very well. The times I saw her she was smiling and laughing. What I did learn was that she fought long and hard for her life and family. She had an inner strength that was amazing,  Every picture I have seen of her she was smiling.  I pray that she finds peace in heaven and that’s she’s healed and sitting with all the family sharing stories. I know she will looking down and visiting her family. May you find peace and comfort knowing she is healed and healthy and happy.  God bless all of you

I have known and loved you for over half of my lifetime. You have given me such great advice over the years and have been such an inspiration with your strength and your love for your family and friends.  You would never want to sit still and always stayed busy. I will miss you dearly and while I am selfish and want you here with us, I know you are rejoicing in Heaven with the angels and your mom and sister. We will see you again one day. We love you. 

To my beautiful tia Nana, I am going to miss seeing you when we go to Dallas for our sporadic family visits. You are the strongest women I know, you were always happy, full of life and always dedicated your life to your family and everyone you came in contact with. Diane , Thank you for all your advice and love for me and for the kids.Not a day has passed that I wished that this was a bad dream! But as God promises you have a room in the house of the Lord and that’s where you have gone to prepare a room for us as he has prepared for you! Love you and miss you tremendously!!!

My friend,you are pain free and that makes it bearable that you are no longer with us. I will cherish the memories, that’s all I have left. You were always, up to the last day I visited you, caring and telling me to take care of myself. I will miss your laugh, and calling me “ loca”. I love you my friend.

My beautiful and strong sister, you always had a smile on your face even in your hardest times. When we talked you always had words of encouragement even when you were hurting or just getting back from chemo. I love you so much and yes it hurts not having you here anymore but knowing we have another Angel watching over us is healing in it self.
