age 93, of Dallas, Texas passed away on December 23, 2015. Diana was born on May 17, 1922 to Arthur and Emma Alice Gordon in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She graduated from Barnard College with a BA in Spanish. Diana married Byron Williamson Jr on August 12, 1944. They met when Diana worked in secretarial and accounting for Columbia University. She was also employed with American Airlines and Agricultural Specialties, and Thuron Industries. She volunteered for League of Women voters, Vail Mt. Medical Center, Colorado Ski and Snowboard Museum and Hall of Fame, and Daughters of the King. Diana is survived by her daughters, Mary Alice Williamson, Carolyn Robinson and husband John,and Jane McBride and husband Edward; Grandchildren, Byron Nuhn and wife Sarah, Ainsley Cone and husband Tyler, Anne Ballou-Bates and husband Christopher, Thomas E. Ballou and wife Stephanie, and Jennie Marie Oltman; eight great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. A memorial service for Diana will be held at the family cemetery in Bailey’s Prairie at a later date. Memorial contributions for Diana can be made to the charity of your choice.
