Dennis was a graduate of Colorado State University and The University of Houston Law School.
He practiced law in the DFW area for over 40 years and was well known for his corporate merger acquisition work.
He had celebrated career- passionate and dedicated to his profession.
He was dearly loved and respected by his family and close friends. He will be missed for his sense of humor, humility and pragmatism.
He is survived by his wife Helen, four children Dennis, Jr. (Kelly), Stephen (Michelle), Kathleen Cribari (Paul), Karen Ford (Carl) and seven grandchildren Kevin and John Cassell, Lily and Annie Cribari, Luke, Abby and Matthew Ford. He is also survived by one brother Ronald Cassell and one sister Carrie Reber.
A Private Mass will be held at Calvary Hill Main Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Cistercian General Scholarship Fund or the charity of your choice.
