Dennis Brent, 73, loving husband to his devoted wife Lynn, passed away on August 11, 2024.
In addition to Lynn, he is survived by his sister Susie Solomon (Hal); brother-in-law Keith Gran (Becky); nieces Lindsay Solomon and McKenzie Gran and nephews Justin Solomon (Joy), Gerson Gran (Emily) and Gabriel Gran. Also, he was very fond of his great nephews Mason and Rylan and his great niece Lyla.
Dennis was very gifted and had many interests. To name a few, he started his own computer software company for the Radio Shack TRS-80 in the early 1980’s. He subsequently sold the company and began what would be a 20 year career in the world of professional wrestling working as a ring-side photographer and head of publications for Dallas based World Class Wrestling, for Ted Turner owned World Championship Wrestling in Atlanta and then for the WWF (WWE) in Stamford, CT. He also was an avid Nolan Ryan memorabilia collector and attended several of Nolan’s golf tournaments in Alvin, TX.
Dennis leaves many cherished memories for his family and will always be remembered and loved.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, Aug. 14 at Temple Emanu-El Cemetery, Rabbi Steve Fisch officiated. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
