Delia Paez

Delia Paez, age 84, passed away on Sunday March 12, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on December 10, 1938 in Waco, Texas to Lazaro S and Amelia Paez. Delia was raised in Waco, Texas and graduated from Waco High School in 1956. She also attended a Business College after high school. She married Jesus S. Villegas in 2007 and the couple had no children. She was an employee of the City Of Dallas at City of Dallas, Texas where she worked for more than 30 years. In her spare time, Delia enjoyed reading books; the Dallas Morning News while eating breakfast. She enjoyed keeping abreast of news regarding movie stars. Delia loved Mickey & Minnie Mouse and had a large collection. Delia enjoyed shopping and traveling to San Diego, CA. Her favorite foods were BBQ ribs; steak & baked potato and fried catfish with a lot of Tabasco sauce. Her family and friends will always remember her as a compassionate and very kind person. She is preceded in death by Parents Lazaro S. and Amelia Paez; Sister and Brother-in- Law Rosario and Ricardo Madrid; and Brother-in-Law Jesus A. Beltran. Survived by her Loving husband of 16 years Jesus S Villegas; Sister Linda Beltran; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous family members and friends.
