the late Virgil Moon in Chula Vista CA. He was raised by his late grand parents
Albert and Lucille Beckham for 7 years, and accepted Christ at an early
age. His faith did not waiver. After graduating from Skyline High School,
he joined the United States Navy and was Honorably discharged due to an
injury.
Dedrick leaves behind to cherish his memories, his wife Abria Beckham,
3 Children: Dekalyn , Delecia and Dedrick Jr., with honorable mention to
Virginia. Grands: Langston, Anthony Jr, and Myracle. His parents Sheila and
Larry Tryon. 4 brothers Torrey Brian(Dana) LaRon and Courtney. 1 sister/
cousin Ashlon and God Daughter Angel. He also leaves to cherish his
memories, Mother in Law Nieda (Robert), Father in Law Rodney(Jeanette),
2 Sisters in Law (Shakela, Shekinah) and 3 Brothers in Law (James, De’Ron,
and Daniel) and 13 Brothers and Sisters in his hometown in California!
It brought Dedrick much joy, laughing and spending time with all of his
cousins, uncles and aunts. He prided himself in spending time and experiencing
life with his children; he was truly a kid at heart! He was also devoted
to a gamut of friends, that he cherished from childhood to adulthood.
After moving to WCR in Crandall TX, at 44, Dedrick gained an entirely
new family, where he became a trending neighborhood chef, among other
amazing fellow community chefs. Together, they served the community
daily with sweets, treats, and great eats! He was hooked! Dedrick became
known for his “Hole In The Wall” Burgers and and creative assortment of
egg rolls! Supportive and loving neighbors ignited his passion to make
food his ministry. He thrived and supported his family, inspite of constant
pain and failing health. Dedrick loved what he did! Through his heartwarming
smile, fun nature and loving spirit, Dedrick created lifelong bonds and
friendships that will forever be cherished by all those who love him.
He’s truly missed!
