Debra was raised in Raymondville, Texas and graduated from Lyford High School in 1970. She married Ernesto Licon Sr. in 2017. She worked as a customer service representative at the Dallas County Tax office for more than fifteen years.
In her spare time she enjoyed her plants, watching Bonanza and Walker Texas Ranger. Her family and friends remember her as a loving and caring woman.
She is preceded in death by, her mother, Elizabeth; father, Ivan and grandson, Adrian. She is survived by, daughters, Niki, Jessica, Priscilla, Amy; step-son, Ernie Jr.; grandchildren, Lisa, Danny, Alex, Darian, Charlotte, Zoey; great-grandchildren, Athena and Adrian, Jr.
