Debra Ann Franks, age 64, of Richardson, Texas passed away January 30, 2019. Debra was born June 17, 1954 in Dallas, Texas to Edgar Lee and Nancy Nell Franks.
Most of the loved and beloved ones departed very long ago and there is a long-awaited reunion underway at this very moment. Rejoice! There are no strangers in life and everyone should share their life gifts, such as laughter; even times of pain to help us all through the good and bad that life entails.
Friends are God's best gift to us. We choose, they choose and our walk of life begins. "Things don't matter...only people." "Give them your time, your heart and your forgiveness."
Debra will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
