Mr. David Glen Payne was born on December 23, 1961 in Dallas, Texas and passed away August 27, 2015 in DeSoto, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father Harold Payne. He is survived by his mother Vivian Payne; brother Gene; and his sisters Cheryl and Janis; nieces, nephews and numerous relatives and friends. David will be missed all.
