I was so shocked to hear yesterday, on Thanksgiving Day, of David's passing. David was the sound man for our band, nomo.dj of Lewisville, TX. It didn't matter the venue we played in, but he would always pull out his best equipment for us each and every time. That was the kind of guy he was. Only the best for his friends. Eventually, he became an honorary member of our band and made us sound 100 times better than we ever should have thanks to his great skills, focus and dedication. It was always a treat to have David jump on stage with us and play the harmonica and add so much to our sound! David and I kept in touch over the years after our band gigs slowed down to a crawl. He was very humble and always grateful that we kept in touch even if it was just catching up every other holiday as I did this time... I will miss a very good friend, and the world will miss a great musician, and a great person. Love you bro...

David was special in so many ways. He was awesome on our band jobs-professional, calm, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. He had the kindest spirit and could be so calm in the worst of situations. I learned so much from him, and was certainly not ready to lose him. Dave has left an empty hole and it will never be filled by anyone else. We will never forget him.

Words can't express how you feel when you lose someone.  I worked with David for 10 years.  He was always willing to help and eager to learn. He had a very kind soul and left a footprint that won't be forgotten.  My prayers go out to his family. RIP David

This is such a tragedy.  I can't believe it.  I am so sorry.  I worked with David for 5 years and still kept in touch with him even after we no longer worked together.  He was a genuinely kind person and I was truly blessed to have known him.

Rita and I are sorry for your loss.  David was a kind and gentle friend and played guitar with Rita many times.  He will be missed.

I am so sorry for you loss .  I have worked with David these past 10 years and though I never met David in person since we worked in different states I will miss him greatly.  He was a pleasure to work with . His knowledge and his work ethic is hard to come by..even his corny jokes.  He was the kid brother I never had and could always make me laugh.  I have struggled finding words to express my feelings and came upon this qoute "A flower blooms in the spring, and dies in the fall. A tree wakes up in the spring, and sleeps in the fall. A life starts at the beginning, and dies at the end. In between is what makes it matter" David mattered and made a difference. I will keep you all in my prayers.
