Connie Elkins, 63, was born March 8, 1959 to Louis and Mary Louise Elliott, and passed away March 24, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck. Connie is survived by her two daughters, April Hagan and Patricia Howard; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Jerry and David Elliott.
