Clark Monroe Watson

Clark was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Betty Watson, his parents, Robert Watson and wife, Flora Watson, sister, Joy Howell, Shirley Loftsom and husband, Roy Loftsom, Eddie Watson and wife, Janine Watson, and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his sons, David Watson and wife Lynne Watson, and Michael Watson and wife Kimberly Watson. Granddaughters Ashley Norman and husband Jeremy Norman, Alyssa Cox, and Amanda Hollenback and husband Russell Hollenback. Great-grandchildren Braxton Norman, Grayson Norman, Sadie Norman, Addison Hollenback, Mason Hollenback, and Cason Hollenback. Sister Flo Caldwell and husband Hoarce Caldwell.

If we could write a story it would be the greatest ever told. One of a kind and loving more precious Dad who had a heart of gold. We could write a many pages but still be unable to say…

Just how every single day we will remember all that we learned by example.

We hurt but won’t be sad because he will send us down the answers and… he will always be our Dad.

A visitation for Clark will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A memorial service will occur Friday, November 10, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A graveside service will occur Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at External Service Location, 18036 FM 531, Hallettsville, TX 77964.
