Clarence Smith passed away at Paris Memorial Hospital, Friday, November 13, 2020. He was born November 18, 1934 to the parentage of Freddie C. and Eva M. Jefferson.

Clarence never attended school and he never worked. His life consisted of caring for the Ducks, Geese, Cats, and Dogs.

He leaves to cherish his memories two sisters, Ruby Fay Simpson (Miami, Florida), Freddy M. Webb (Las Vegas, Nevada); one brother, James Smith (Little Rock, Arkansas) and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins from coast to coast.

Clarence has always been a loving person, who does not like a lot of noise.
