Christopher Ray Thompson 43, passed away February 22, 2013 in Dallas, TX. Chris was born on June 23, 1969 in Dallas, TX to Roy Ray Thompson and Eva Mae Lanicek Thompson. Chris proudly served his country in the US Army from 1987 to 1989. A loving son, brother, uncle and friend, Chris will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his parents, Roy and Eva Thompson; his brother, Shane Thompson and wife Samantha; sister, Monica Thompson; nephew, Mickey; nieces, Molly, Lilly and Keely; numerous other family and many friends. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2013 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at St. Monica Catholic Church in Dallas, TX. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery, where the US Army will provide military honors at the graveside.
